Our gîtes are the very definition of comfort and peace of mind. Each gite has been designed with attention to detail, guaranteeing uncompromising comfort, and the spacious, bright interiors are equipped with all modern conveniences, ensuring our guests optimum relaxation. The outdoor facilities are not to be outdone, as they are set in the heart of a lush garden, where local flora mingle with facilities perfectly designed for moments of relaxation.
Location Mont Sofa features a large swimming pool, an arbour with barbecue and independent parking. The site has a WI-FI connection.
Recently built, we’ve taken particular care with the materials (white tiles and wooden walls). Our furnished vacation rental is located 15 km from Pointe-à-Pitre and 17 km from the airport, in Sofaïa on the heights of Sainte-Rose.
Sofaïa is renowned for its panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the Sofaïa sulfur springs. According to some, these springs probably appeared during the 1843 earthquake. Its water temperature of 31° has curative properties. It’s a popular spot with the local population. Magnificent views over the plains of Lamentin and the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin.
The rentals are located 3 km from the town of Sainte-Rose and its shops, and at the same distance from the sea and white sandy beaches.
The town of Sainte-Rose: This is a picturesque fishing village full of charm, with a long harbor that invites you to stroll and relax by the water.
All local shops are present: supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques and doctors, pharmacies, veterinarians…
Rental Mount Sofa
Mont Sofa vacation rental was used as a location for the Christmas 2023 episode of the TV series "Murders in Paradise", "Debbie's Strange Christmas".
Our furnished vacation rentals are located on the heights of Sainte-Rose, in the Sofaïa area. Situated between the sea and the mountains, it offers exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea and the rainforest.
In the heart of the lush vegetation are the famous sulfur springs, whose healing virtues offer walkers a truly relaxing experience.
Our Guadeloupe vacation rentals offer exceptional peace and quiet, without locking you away in total isolation. The neighboring houses in the development overhang to the rear of our villas.
The sloping plot offers a superb panoramic view of the bay and the Grand Cul-de-Sac marin, dotted with islets, while lower down, in front of the rentals, you’ll enjoy the charm of a small forest and its undergrowth.Here, flora and fauna are king!
